Since it is Valentine's Day I thought I would recount one of my favorite Valentine's memories. It occured many many many years ago while I was in middle school. At about 7 PM that night the phone rang. It was my best friend, he asked if he could bring something by for Valentine's Day. Me being me said sure..why not? A few minutes later a knock at the door...opening the door..was given a card and a heart shaped pizza. It made me laugh at first...but really thought it was kinda cool..(hey I was young and before I knew I had a gluten allergy). Why did this memory come back to light? I heard ads on the radio "get your girl something she will love...mmmmmmmmheart shape pizza." Just brought back a good memory thought I'd share :)

Another One Bites The Dust

I have been refraining to write on this topic for a bit now. But after 7 @*# phones...I feel the need to at least vent a little.
If not for a certain carrier resolving every issue including the latest sending me a brand new phone of a different brand which I'm still figuring out.
The phone that is a colossal failure is:Sony Ericsson 750a

It is actually purple but every picture looks pink.
I believe the problem to be a software glitch...which causes the phone to randomly shut off...no matter what you are doing at the time..and then you can't turn it back on for a least an hour or more. Then it would vibrate...twice...and you still couldn't turn it on. Sadly, outside of this issue it WAS a good phone..and PURPLE.
That was the problem with phones 1-4.
2 phones I rejected on sight...one was scratched to hell...and the other was dirty has hell.
The last phone I received was on 3 of February. I noticed something that was a little odd about this one. When you opened it to make a call or text..you could see a visible light throughout the unit. So a call to Customer Service to report this peculiar problem and she immediately told me not to use the phone while plugged into the charger...and that she is offering to exchange this phone for a new unit of brand XYZ. (I don't want to jinx it and it isn't purple) after looking at customer reviews I finally agreed to one of the options she gave me. So we shall see how long this one lasts before there are "issues".

My Beloved Maine Coon Nicklas is one for dramatics. Which once again led to a frantic Saturday. Random bleeding again...so a panic call to the vets and we were off....pushing the limits of speed and time...made it to the vets. So we are now medicating again..hoping it is just a 'bug' if this round of anti-botics don't work..deeper :( tests must be done. As I have said before my beloved Nicklas is the last of the true yellow gang...he has survived so much I am hoping all will go well with this bout. :(

Well Mr. Boom Boom Ex-Mayor Update.
Kilpatrick was released from jail after serving 99 days of a 120 sentence. He didn't leave jail quietly--of course not. He had his goons/"body guards" there who man handled the Press (TV 7 and TV 2) TV 7 had a female reporter who can be clearly heard "DON'T TOUCH ME!" and another reporter you here WHACK...and what that was an elbow to the mouth of a TV 2 Reporter. ALL UNACCEPTABLE.
The most amazing thing spoken from the EX Mayors mouth? A Reporter asked would you change anything? ...He said "NOT A THING". Wow. How insane is that.
He jumped a plane and headed to Dallas,TX for a "job interview". But he has to be back in the "D" by the 5Th. 5 Years Probation....and 1 Million back to the City Of Detroit..and possibly Federal Charges.... more on that later. But the Boom Boom now (Ex)Mayor wants to go to Texas....Hey Hey GOODBYE!.
